Welcome to TED KING ONLINE a site dedicated to actor, writer, director, and activist Ted King. Best known for his dual roles as Lorenzo and Luis Alcazar on the ABC soap opera GENERAL HOSPITAL, as well as Inspector Andy Trudeau on CW's CHARMED, and as Jack Logan on the short lived ABC television program TIME COP. Ted's other work includes playing Tomas Delgado on the soap opera ONE LIFE TO LIVE, and Danny Roberts in LOVING/THE CITY. Ted has several films to his credits including HOODLUM & SON, MY DINNER WITH HERVE, THE X-FILES: FIGHT THE FUTURE. Ted made several guest starring roles in episodic television, those include PRISON BREAK, FRAISER, CSI, LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, NCIS, ALPHA HOUSE...., and many more. This site has a strict NO CANDIDS POLICY. To read that please click the link.

We’re back! Yay! Hope that never happens again. To celebrate our return, I have some screencaps for you. Ted has continued in his role as Al Hickok on the Amazon original series ALPHA HOUSE. The series airs exclusively on Amazon.com. I’m not sure whether this series will be coming to regular television, but we can hope. Just a note, on the second episode called In The Saddle, Ted only appeared in voice, however, I’ve included the title and end pieces including Ted’s credit at the end. I only know in the scene Ted’s character has quite a potty mouth. I’m not sure if Ted will become a regular character, but the show is all about the quirky shenanigans that go in within the Republican Party. Ted plays a Republican. Enjoy.

One still for you of Ted’s upcoming episode of ELEMENTARY. Remember the episode airs Halloween night on you local CBS affiliate. Thanks to Marica at The Karl Urban Network for providing this for us.

The first look at Ted in ELEMENTARY. Just a promo and he’s right in the beginning wearing the tank top, arms crossed. He’s got his scruff…thank the gods for that scruff. It’s a blink and you’ll miss him kind of thing.

I have some new images of Ted for you. One are the stills from Ted’s appearance on The View with Ava and Maya. The other are some stills from his role of Tomas Delgado from the soap opera ONE LIFE TO LIVE.

Here’s wishing Ted a Happy 48th. Our guy is celebrating a birthday today and we here at The Portal wish him nothing but the best. Here’s hoping he celebrates with Maya, Ava, Vivienne, a good bottle of wine and a huge cake. You deserve it Ted.

I have a little known appearance Ted made on the satirical political show ALPHA HOUSE. Ted played the part of a Tea Party member Al Hickok. I’m not sure if Ted would have made a reappearance had the show gone to a full season. The show was little seen outside the online model of direct to internet projects, and was produced for a new wing of Amazon.com who were eager to tap into the original video market. It starred John Goodman, Clark Johnson, Matt Malloy and Mark Consuelo. I only have the screencaps right now as I’m having trouble uploading it to THE PORTAL MEDIA site. When I do have it uploaded I’ll edit this post with the video.

EDITED: I finally have the video portion of Ted’s episode. See below.
