Welcome to TED KING ONLINE a site dedicated to actor, writer, director, and activist Ted King. Best known for his dual roles as Lorenzo and Luis Alcazar on the ABC soap opera GENERAL HOSPITAL, as well as Inspector Andy Trudeau on CW's CHARMED, and as Jack Logan on the short lived ABC television program TIME COP. Ted's other work includes playing Tomas Delgado on the soap opera ONE LIFE TO LIVE, and Danny Roberts in LOVING/THE CITY. Ted has several films to his credits including HOODLUM & SON, MY DINNER WITH HERVE, THE X-FILES: FIGHT THE FUTURE. Ted made several guest starring roles in episodic television, those include PRISON BREAK, FRAISER, CSI, LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, NCIS, ALPHA HOUSE...., and many more. This site has a strict NO CANDIDS POLICY. To read that please click the link.

Well, he’s done it again. Ted is just so amazing as Tomas. In his scenes with Florencia Lozano (Téa Manning) in the Llanview lockup, Ted showed so much with so little. I love Tomas and Ted’s portrayal. He’s so, as Jack Black would say, “On the nuggets” with this part. Congrats to Frank Valentini for hiring Ted and to Ron Carvalati for creating such words for Ted to say.

I know, “Late again, uh?” Really teacher my dog did eat my homework! A little explanation is needed at this juncture. This week has been a brute. Earlier in the week we had a fire in my apartment building that was fortunately, on the other side of the building. Some stupid kids setting fire to some furniture in the garbage room. Yeah, kids are that stupid! I’m glad no one was hurt and there was little damage to anyone’s homes. Next, it’s spring and what do people do in the spring? That’s right, spring cleaning! Yuck! My partner and I are going to be getting a largesreen TV and I had to do some cleaning up and switching around to accomodate it. Yepper, I’ll be able to see Ted 42″ wide. Am I happy or what? Next, there were a couple of doctors appointments and finally when I got down to do uploading…my internet kept crapping out on me. I couldn’t stay connected long enough to get anything uploaded. Finally things are a-okay.

Can I say Ted just looked amazing in that white shirt! Elegantly casual…and did I say sexy? Yeah I’m objectifying him but so what! It’s my website and I’ll say whatever I like. Hopefully if Ted is on today I’ll be able to get to work sooner given there’s no episode of SUPERNATURAL tonight. Season finale is next Friday. I love my Jared and Jensen.

Well, Ted was looking so yummy in that white shirt that was open just to the mid-chest. Such thoughts, such thoughts. I know I shouldn’t think that way about him. He’s a dad afterall, but dammit, he’s a hunk and I will not be silenced! Of course I could do with more of the gratiutous shirtless shots. Bad me!

I’m loving Ted’s subtle portrayal of Tomas. He showed so much pain when John McBain (Michael Easton) brought up his CIA past in front of Téa (Florencia Lozano). You could tell Tomas didn’t want his parito to know about that stuff. Can I heart my Tomas any more than I already do?

I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated this site with Ted’s latest ONE LIFE TO LIVE episodes, and for that I’m sorry. I’m not sure if it’s totally understood how long it does take to record the episode, wait for it to convert to a workable format, screencap, edit screencaps, clip up the episode into Ted’s selected scenes and then finally to upload to the gallery and media site. On average it takes about two and a half hours to do so. When that two and a half hours is crammed into my private life, of which it has been calling me more of late with my 88-year-old mother being sick and taking care of her, spending time with my partner of 25+ years and the adoption of our new kitty, I’ve been pulled more towards home and that private time. I’ve needed it. So I’m going to ask one thing of my visitors, there’s no good thing in asking me when certain days are going to be up or when. I will update when I get that time. So I’m going to ask your patience regarding this. I haven’t forgotten this site or Ted’s work on the show. I adore Ted as a man first, actor second, and I’m sure he would want me spending that time with my family. I also want to say I created this site as the only fansite on the web dedicated to Ted. It is a labor of love for me alongside that of my fansites for Tamara Braun, Stephen Nichols, Mitch Pileggi and Diane Neal. With Tamara having just rejoined DAYS OF OUR LIVES and Stephen’s time on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS heating up for May sweeps, it’s going to get confusing in where to devote my time. So I have to do it across the board. What does that mean exactly? It means that I might have to bunch up episodes and only edit and clip on certain days, which means taking that two hours/two and a half hours per episode and devoting one or two days a week to get that job done. But again, some of my patrons requesting I do the work or when it’ll be up isn’t going to make me go any faster. I’m not an ATM, I’m human and a person who needs that private time to balance out all the other things I do in my web time. Which means updating this and my other sites. I know you love viewing Ted’s work…so do I quite frankly. Be patient is all I’m asking.

Here’s the goods……

Here finally are the last two days of Ted’s episodes of ONE LIFE TO LIVE. I was really impressed with Friday’s show. I love the relationship between Tomas and his French friend M. Claude Calmar played by the fine actor Matthew Conlon. I could do with more of him. He’s just as fine as Ted’s Tomas and I like the camaraderie. Seriously, Ted is coming along fine in this part. He’s showing his ability to craft a part if given the chance. Thank you to Frank Valentini, Executive Producer, and to Ron Carvalati, Head Writer, at ONE LIFE TO LIVE for giving Ted such a welcome chance to create this character. No embed due to the double episode posting. Please feel free to go to them via the links below.

One more note, I’m in the process of getting all of Ted’s PRISON BREAK episodes screencaps and clipped up. These will be HQ versions of the ones currently in the gallery. When done, I’ll be deleting the MQ ones currently showing and replacing them with the new clearer ones. I hope to have that those up sometime this week.
